Ingredients
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 ½ tsp baking powder
1 tsp flax seeds
1 tsp rolled oats
1 tsp vanilla flavoring
½ tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 egg
½ cup milk
*can also add Dark chocolate chips if you like
Preparation guide:
Begin by measuring and adding the dry and wet ingredients in two separate bowls
Whisk in the wet mixture and gradually fold it into the dry batter
Make sure to fold it in gently and mix until combined.
Do not over mix it.
Put a pan on a skillet and add a little butter
Scoop your pancake mixture on there and cook them each side until light brown.
Enjoy with your favorite honey and fruit and nut toppings.
