Healthy Pancakes

Ingredients
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 ½ tsp baking powder
1 tsp flax seeds
1 tsp rolled oats
1 tsp vanilla flavoring
½ tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 egg
½ cup milk
*can also add Dark chocolate chips if you like

Preparation guide:

  • Begin by measuring and adding the dry and wet ingredients in two separate bowls
  • Whisk in the wet mixture and gradually fold it into the dry batter
  • Make sure to fold it in gently and mix until combined.
  • Do not over mix it.
  • Put a pan on a skillet and add a little butter
  • Scoop your pancake mixture on there and cook them each side until light brown.
  • Enjoy with your favorite honey and fruit and nut toppings.
